Chocolate fundraiser is happening now at Midland Trail Elementary! The PTA fundraises throughout the year to host events for the families of the school (trunk or treat, winter bingo, STEAM night, field day, etc). Fundraisers also support school improvement projects like a new digital sign. The process of this fundraiser changed this year and we welcome any questions you may have. Thank you for supporting your students school this year. Please see the below information for how to receive your first box. If you have questions, please message us here or email [email protected].

If your student is still interested in participating in chocolate, please use this link : https://midlandtrailpta.givebacks.com/.../items/f744b39910c6 to prepay for your box. All orders placed before 2pm will go home with your student the same day. If you would like to pay cash, please send a sealed envelope with the $80 inside and your child's name and teacher written on it. Boxes will go out within 24 hours of receiving money.

You can now subscribe to the Midland Trail Elementary PTA calendar to have all of the dates for upcoming events. All skate parties, carnivals, and bingo nights have been added to the calendar for the 2026-2027 school year. We hope to see everyone at the many great events coming up this year!

Ya puede suscribirse al calendario de la PTA de la Escuela Primaria Midland Trail para estar al tanto de las fechas de los próximos eventos. Se han añadido al calendario todas las fiestas de patinaje, carnavales y noches de bingo para el año escolar 2026-2027. ¡Esperamos verlos a todos en los numerosos y fantásticos eventos programados para este año!

🍫 MIDLAND TRAIL PTA CHOCOLATE FUNDRAISER! 🍫

Our chocolate fundraiser pickup is TODAY from 4:00–8:00 PM! 🎉

Here are a few important reminders:

🍫 Each box contains 40 bars and costs $80.
💳 Chocolate will be pre-paid this year. We will accept cash or card at pickup.
📦 You can pick up your first box today from 4:00–8:00 PM.
🛒 You can also order your first box online when the sale begins.
🏫 Boxes will be sent home daily when money is sent to school with students.
⏰ No chocolate will be picked up during school hours (8:20 AM–4:00 PM).
