Can you believe it's been ONE YEAR since we broke ground?? Seeing this building come to life is simply incredible and knowing how far we've come since last year it's astonishing!

It’s been another busy two weeks at the Northland Workforce Development Center and the building continues to take shape inside and out!

Over the past two weeks, crews have been hard at work on overhead and in-wall MEP rough-ins on both floors, while exterior work includes fiber cement and metal panel installation and curbs in the east parking lot.

The Child Care Center is taking shape with exterior framing, and inside, crews have started K-13 acoustical insulation and are hanging drywall on the second floor.

It’s exciting to see more of the finished building emerge with each update. Stay tuned as construction continues!

Things are moving right along at the center!

Over the last couple of weeks, crews have been installing windows, putting up exterior panels, working on the roof over the Automotive Academy, paving asphalt, and making great progress on the Child Care Center. Inside, classrooms are starting to take shape with framing, drywall, and MEP work well underway.

Next up crews will keep the momentum going with more windows, exterior finishes, parking lot curbs and steel decking for the childcare center.
