An extra meeting will happen this week same place on Friday from 10 am to noon! This will be when we start our first project!!!
MCC Maple Woods Art Club
Maple Woods Community College Art Club helps spread art throughout the college campus and the community of Kansas City.
A place for art students to come hang out come up with ideas and just chat about art! We come up with fun projects for the semester and have snacks and listen to music! Come and connect with other young artists !!!! A college organization that meets weekly to create and discuss art and help spread art throughout the Kansas City community. Open to all Maple Woods Community College students.
Today was the first official meeting of the club!
We have figured out our first big project!! We are going to be doing the decorate the lawn contest!! Pictures will be uploaded as taken so keep an eye out for some amazing art from you MCC students!

So sorry for the lack of updates! However!
So I missed placed my calendar I wrote for art club =( bad me lol
However I do remember that tomorrow we will be having a Club members T- shirt tye dye party!
Next week with spring break we do not have club!!
Future plans for semester!
Finish big poster started last semester.
make small flyers.
Paint the outside wall!!
And finish art club T-shirts!!
Along with a few snacks and maybe....pizza if able!
Keep checking back for updates!!!!!
No art club next week 2/13/14 the room is booked!

Made a tape cast of the little mermaid!
