Thank you to everyone who came out to our 10-year anniversary Neighborhood Block Party! With over 200 people in attendance, we were thrilled to celebrate a decade of community, connection, and collaboration with our neighbors, partners, and friends.

The event was filled with great conversations, fun activities, delicious food, and a shared appreciation for all we've accomplished together over the past 10 years. Your support, engagement, and commitment to strengthening our neighborhoods have made this milestone possible.

We have to give a shout out to Minister Gregg Wilson and Cash Wilson for their very early work on this project when they helped to plan improvements at this park. They served as the Center for Neighborhoods Quality of Life Improvement District (QLID) Park Stewards for Parks and Rec as they helped to develop the plans. Over the years they have continued their engagement on this and many other parks on KC’s Eastside.
