We provide assistance through the special education process, by assisting with letter writing, going to IEP meetings, manifestation hearing, resolution meetings, mediation. we also provide resources to families and students with disabilities to better equip and prepare them for transition weather it's transitioning from Part C to Part B, or from High school to Adulthood. we have a network of orga

nizations that come together and host an event Bi-monthly to make connections between families and service providers to help make their transition smooth. because we know the struggle is real, we host a parent group (the parent Café) every 3rd Saturday of the month to see what our families/ community are in need of.
