✏️ Student Assessments ✏️

We're a couple of days into the 2026 Summer Academic Program, and we mentioned in Around the Room that student assessments are taking place at our sites this week, but why do we do this?

We use student assessments to determine your child's learning level, and from there, we can meet them at their level and teach them using the Missouri Learning Standards. It's important to know where our students are and how we can help them academically.

Enrollment for the 2026 Summer Academic Program is now closed, and we're at capacity.

- We have hired 95 Youth Development Leaders for the 2026
Summer Academic Program!

These are the individuals who take over after academic instruction, supervise your children during the enrichment part of the day, and plan and lead daily activities.

We are just about a week away from the start of the 2026 Summer Academic Program, which begins on June 1st!

We're looking back at this past Saturday, when we held our 2026 all-staff training for our teachers in the morning and our Youth Development Leaders in the afternoon. Thank you to all our staff who took the time to help us be prepared for another great summer!

Thank you to all parents, students, and staff who joined us for parent orientation last night! We have some photos to recap the night, and we're excited to be another step closer to the start of the FREE 2026 Summer Academic Program!
