Citizenship Classes Starting SOON 📌
I am an immigration attorney practicing in Kansas City. I practice primarily immigration law, focusing on family immigration and international adoption.
I am licensed in both Kansas and Missouri and handle cases on both sides of the state line. Of particular interest to me is how our immigration laws apply to juveniles. I work with state agencies to assist them in finding permanency and legal status for undocumented juveniles placed in their care.

Be careful of notarios and others making unrealistic promises on this new relief announcement. It is not an amnesty, it is a change in procedure that may help some undocumented spouses of US citizens avoid consular processing on their path to permanency.
