Welcome back to campus 1st years!! Our 2nd years are off campus for a one-week Level I Fieldwork, and 3rd years are off campus doing amazing work for their doctoral capstones. ✨💙✨💙

Our department's booth was well attended by incoming freshmen at the New Student Orientation Event! Looking forward to a fantastic start of the fall semester on Monday!

RU OT & PT Ecuador Service Trip Check in! Yesterday, we taught a class of occupational therapy students from the university of Guayaquil. Had a fantastic time and got to meet their professor. We talked to them about assistive technology and adaptive equipment. 💙

On Wednesday, we did a seminar with 30 of the workers from the Foundation on body mechanics and safe transfers. ✨

And we’ve been seeing approximately 20 to 25 patients each day, including therapy session sessions with most of the workers.The foundation had special shirts made for us with Rockhurst on it! 😭

The start of a new school year is coming and we are quickly approaching our early interview day for the OTD and MOT programs!
