A huge thank you to the Kansas City Monarchs for giving our LEAD Aspiring Professional Luka Crim a behind the scenes look into the world of sports management and marketing! Throughout her internship, she has gained hands on experience learning how a professional sports organization operates. We are so grateful for this partnership as she wraps up her internship this week.

Senior LEAD Aspiring Professional Hudson Sadowsky wrapped up an incredible internship experience with Thornton Tomasetti, where he explored the world of structural engineering through hands on learning. He was even able to participate in a site visit to the stadium construction at The University of Kansas. Thank you to Thornton Tomasetti for being such an amazing partner and investing in our students! We can’t wait to see all that Hudson accomplishes as he heads to NC State this fall to study engineering.

Students from Aspiring Medical Professionals and Aspiring Educators finished the semester strong last week with Mock Interviews and a Capstone presentation. The future looks bright with these amazing young adults!

Lisa was our intern this year through Park Hill professional studies. She fit into my office immediately with that contagious smile, and her yearning to learn and ask questions. My team instantly took to her. We are so proud of what she has accomplished, and are excited for her continued efforts in this wonderful field of dentistry.

This week, they were welcomed into Lakeview Middle, Prairie Point and Chinn Elementary Schools. They shared insights into their future career paths, highlighted their internship experiences, and created activities for students. Thank you for volunteering your time, energy, and leadership.
