LCPA Class of '99

Cambio para Cambio (Change for Change) is a community-led campaign that showcases the philanthropic power of Latino students, local businesses, and professional organizations. In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, every dollar donated from September 15 through October 15 is matched 100% by generous HDF donors, doubling the giving power and impact of your gift.

Your donation will be doubled and become available scholarships for LCPA Latinx Seniors. Together, we can create more scholarship opportunities for Kansas City Latino students.

We are 3 days away from our 25 Year Class Reunion Weekend, and we're excited to reconnect!

The weekend's events are as follows:

Friday, July 12th: Rooftop Reunion at 7 PM
Location: The Combine, 2999 Troost Avenue KCMO

Saturday, July 13th: Campus Beautification at 10:00 AM
Location: Lincoln College Preparatory Academy, 2111 Woodland Avenue KCMO

Saturday, July 13th: The 3rd Annual Castle on the Hill Gala at 5:00 PM
Location: The Loews Hotel, 1515 Wyandotte Street KCMO

For those of you who plan to attend the Campus Beautification event on Saturday, July 13th from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon, please check your email and complete the form by 5:00 PM Friday, July 12th.

The Reunion Committee

A few classmates who have asked for an extension to purchase tickets to be seated at a table with fellow classmates. We would like to accommodate you by extending the deadline for payment submission to this Thursday, June 13th.

If you are interested, please follow the steps below:
1. Visit the Third Annual Castle on the Hill Gala website to view meal options.

2. Send $215 for an individual or $430 for a couple via PayPal to [email protected].

3. Be sure to include the following note with your payment: T-shirt size(s), menu selection, name(s) of individual(s) for which tickets are being purchased.

All table payments must be received by 5:00 PM on Thursday, June 13th.

Here are the final details of our upcoming 25th Class Reunion.

On Friday, we will reconnect on the Rooftop at The Combine restaurant located at 2999 Troost Avenue. Food and drinks will be on your own.

Saturday, we will start the day by participating in Campus Beautification at LCPA. Dress comfortably and prepare to help get the school ready for the upcoming year.

Later that evening, we will support a great cause and dance the night away at the 3rd Annual Castle on the Hill Gala. This year marks 25 years since we graduated from Lincoln College Preparatory Academy. To commemorate this milestone, we are inviting everyone to celebrate with a weekend to remember.

While the other details are being finalized, in lieu of hosting a formal banquet, we invite all classmates to attend The Third Annual We Are Lincoln: Castle on The Hill Gala on Saturday, July 13, 2024. Not only will the gala be a chance to get dressed up and have a good time, but the proceeds from this event support sports and activities of current LCPA Tigers.
