Music Across Borders and KC Jazz Alive are joining forces to open the 515 Music Hub — Kansas City's newest space dedicated to live music, artist development, and community. 🎵

Whether you're a solo artist, an ensemble, a band, or an educator, the 515 was built with you in mind. We're offering rehearsal space for local musicians AND performance opportunities on our live event stage this summer.

Here's what we're looking for:
🎸 Solo artists, bands, and ensembles of all genres
🎷 Educators and youth music programs
🎹 Musicians looking for affordable, accessible rehearsal space
🎤 Performers interested in booking a set at a live summer event

Music Across Borders and KC Jazz ALIVE are teaming up to bring Kansas City something new — the 515 Music Hub. 🎶

This summer, we're opening a live music venue and community space in partnership with Open Doors KC. A place where local artists perform, neighbors gather, and the culture of this city gets to shine.

We're building out our vendor roster and we want YOU in the mix. Whether you're a food truck, a local maker, a pop-up shop, or a creative business looking for a summer home — we want to hear from you.

Here's what you need to know:
📍 Located in the Crossroads district at 515 Southwest Boulevard

Hey, do you wanna start a band? Maybe you’re a singer or do you play an instrument? Someone from this KC Music Girls community group could be exactly the right person for your project! Even if you’re happy in a band now, it’s always good to meet people. So, we’re hosting a musicians' matchmaker event during our open mic & jam for local women in music. Just send us an email at [email protected] so we’ll know what you’re looking for and what you bring to the table. Then we’ll exchange that info on paper at the open mic & jam, which gives everybody the chance to hear each other’s music and casually meet during an afternoon in NKC on March 29th.
