Here, freshmen paramedic students are working through several medical emergency scenarios, including diabetic emergencies, allergic reactions, and Lupus exacerbation. During this semester, the students learn how to manage a wide range of medical emergencies, while developing their assessment, critical thinking, and patient care skills.
