Real conversations, with some hands-on demonstrations, and an opportunity to experience the skilled trades firsthand. The goal is to give them the information and experience they need to decide if they want to become part of the next generation of skilled trades professionals.

Finished up another Coatings Inspection Program (CIP) Level 1 class at the apprenticeship school! 💪
This is what next-level education in the construction trades looks like.
Our industry continues to evolve, and our training has to evolve with it. Programs like CIP give our members specialized knowledge and skills that go beyond the basics of the trade and prepare them to work on some of the most demanding industrial construction and coatings projects in the industry.
This is about more than just learning a skill—it’s about understanding quality, surface preparation, coatings, inspection, documentation, and the standards that keep major industrial projects moving.
When we invest in education, we’re not just building better craftsmen and craftswomen. We’re building the highly skilled workforce that industrial construction demands.
