The Kansas City Federation of Teachers and School Related Personnel represents teachers, paraprofessionals, secretary/clerical employees, professional/technical employees, and security officers in the Kansas City, Missouri School District. KCFT & SRP members believe that strong schools mean strong communities. We work hard every day to give KC kids the support they need and the quality education they deserve.
