Thank you to everyone who came out last night. Our community really showed up! Our senior volunteers were amazing and we raised some funds for Project Graduation. Can’t wait to see you all next year!

🚌 Bus routes are now available in the My Ride K-12 app for Kindergarten through 12th grade students. Preschool routes will be available by Friday. Please read through this entire message before calling Turner Transportation with questions.

If you used the app last year, you will need to re-link your student(s) in the app for this school year. To do that, you will need their student ID – also called their “long number” – which can be found in Parent Portal.

BUS STOP CONCERNS

To continue offering free transportation for all students, we will maintain our procedure of consolidating bus routes.

Parents with concerns about their child's bus stop location need to submit a "Bus Stop Review Request." The review request form must be filled out before our staff is able to take a look at your route concerns. This form can be found on the Turner Transportation webpage.

BUS CARDS

Students will be required to use their bus card each time they enter and exit the school bus.

If your student does not receive a bus card during their first week of school bus transportation, please submit a “Bus Card Replacement Request.” This form can be found on the Turner Transportation webpage.

BUS RIDER POLICIES

Approved riders are required to ride the school bus at least 50% of the time. We will remove students from the routes who do not ride consistently.

A student’s bus service may be reinstated by submitting the “Approved Rider Request Form” found on the Turner Transportation webpage. Please allow 3-5 days for re-routing.

All students will be dropped off at their assigned/scheduled drop-off location. If you require your student to be dropped off at a different location, prior arrangements must be made and written authorization provided by the school for the bus driver.
