We care about kids! We want to see every child healthy, whole and equipped for a productive future.
Caring for Kids KC is a nonprofit that functions as a neutral convener to facilitate the development of church and business partnerships with schools by answering the question, “How may we help?” We believe caring community partnerships increase the capacity of schools to provide children with the skills and encouragement they need for a hopeful future. We do this by connecting volunteers and resources to needs identified by the school administration through a simple five-step process.

Check out these amazing pictures from Hickman Mills Attendance Incentive Party that took place in March. The Theme was Cookies, Cocoa, and Colors. 125 sixth through eighth grade students with 92-100% attendance for the second quarter participated in the celebration that consisted of food, drinks, music, and painting. Assistant Principal Renna Gordon and staff, LINC, The Boys and Girls Club, Salt and Light Ministries, and Mount Christian Worship, all celebrated with students congratulating them on their amazing accomplishments.
