KU Nurse Anesthesia

Please support the KU Nurse Anesthesia Student Association with the purchase of raffle tickets for a signed 2012 KU Basketball (both players and coaches). Ticket prices include: 1 ticket for $5, 2 tickets for $10, 3 tickets for $13 dollars, and anything greater than 4 tickets=$4/ticket. Please contact the KU NA office, or Alyson at [email protected]. This week is "Women in Medicine Week" at KUMC, and the KU Nurse Anesthesia Education Department will be co-sponsoring the event. Donna Nyght will be speaking on Thursday, November 10th, between 12-1 in 1014 Orr Major. Please join in with supporting both women in medicine, and Donna Nyght at this event!

Hey KU Nurse Anesthesia Alumni! Mark your calendars for the annual tailgate on the hill in Lawrence. Help us cheer on the Hawks on September 10th as they play the Northern Illionois Huskies. Festivities will start roughly at 3pm for the 6pm game. Hope to see you all there!!

JayDoc Free Health Clinic provides urgent and preventive care services to patients who do not have insurance. It is run by volunteer physicians, students, and residents of KUMC. All proceeds from this event will be directly donated to JayDoc, to help provide more patients with healthcare. Please invite all of your friends, this event is not inclusive by any means.

Club Monaco, located in Martini Corner, has been generous in allowing us to have their space for the whole night and there will be a DJ spinning tracks until 3 a.m.! Cover will be $5 at the door. Please invite and bring as many friends as you can as all proceed will go directly to JayDoc!

Drink specials will be $3 Shaker's vodka drinks & $3 bomb shots!!

We are inviting all KUMC students, but this is not inclusive. Anyone is welcome!!

Hello everyone- Your probably wondering why I sent you a friend suggestion to KU Nurse Anesthesia page? We are trying to create a 'FB page' which is better than the 'FB group'. So please feel free to write on the wall, add photos, comments, etc. Once we have this page up and running, we will be deleting the 'KU Nurse Anesthesia FB group'.

The KU Nurse Anesthesia program has received maximum accreditation status from the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Education Programs, that has been granted through Spring 2020.

Congratulations to the entire KU Nurse Anesthesia faculty, staff and students for all of their hard work!
