Look who stopped by Wendell Phillips Elementary today…Andy the Armadillo from Texas Roadhouse welcomed students and staff back to school. In addition to that, 250 students will be rewarded a free meal if they earn perfect attendance! Thank you Tiffany and Ava for making it happen!
