Schedule for Thursday - dress and meet in Coach Young's room by 3:45; S&C 4:00 - 4:30; open gym 4:30-6:30.

This is the last 'preseason' day until 1st day of practice/try-out's. Let's have a good turnout tomorrow.

Checklist before dead week:

Are you on top of your classes? Make sure you get ahead next week.

Is your physical exam completed?

Do you have a time and place to workout next week? At least 2 days...we can't let all of our hard work the last couple of months go to waste. If nothing else, push-ups, sit-ups and some cardio at home.

Have you communicated with parents that practice/try-outs begin October 31 and that you will need a ride home from either Hogan or S.E.C.C. I will get 1st week practice schedules out next week.
