Avila University and PB JAM are proud to launch a new Character-Based Leadership Development Training designed to help students, professionals, faculty, and emerging leaders build the skills employers and organizations are truly looking for — accountability, collaboration, courage, judgment, integrity, and more.

This 8-week hybrid experience is built around the research-backed Ivey Character Model and gives participants real-world leadership development they can immediately apply in their careers and communities. Limited spots are available for the founding cohort beginning July 6, 2026.
