We’re kicking off this week with something a little extra special for our amazing team ☕🍪

Today, staff get to enjoy a drink and a bakery treat from our student-run Class Act Coffee Shop—supporting our students while celebrating the people who show up for them every single day. It just feels right 💛

Afterschool professionals deserve real recognition, appreciation, and support for the work they do with kids, families, and our communities. Every year, about 10 million youth across the U.S. are part of afterschool programs—and it’s the 850,000+ dedicated professionals behind the scenes who make that experience meaningful.

To our staff: thank you for the patience, the energy, the care, and the heart you pour into this work. You matter more than you know, and we’re so grateful for you 💛

This is just the beginning—we’re celebrating you all week long! 🎉

Our Adventure Club team recently had the opportunity to visit Synergy’s Youth Resiliency Center 💙, where we were guided by Anissa Parra-Grooms, Volunteer Coordinator at Synergy Services, through an incredibly impactful experience.

During our visit, our staff rolled up their sleeves and helped organize Synergy’s clothing closet 👕✨—sorting donations and arranging items onto racks to create a welcoming, retail-style experience for the youth they serve 🛍️

We also learned more about the vital support and resources Synergy provides to young people in our community 🤝, along with meaningful ways to foster resilience, connection, and emotional safety every day 🌱

Experiences like this strengthen our commitment to creating supportive, inclusive environments where every child feels seen, heard, and valued ✨

A huge thank you to Anissa Parra-Grooms and the entire Synergy Services team for such an inspiring and hands-on visit 🙌💙
