I am talking to myself as much as I’m talking to you today ..
Sometimes the very things you are holding onto are causing you more pain than if you were to let it go.
I know you’ve heard the saying “trust the process” .. well this is part of it. Letting go and trusting in an outcome you can’t see or predict. Having faith that better is coming.
No, it’s not easy. Yes, it might hurt, whether a little or a lot. Yes, you might feel lost. Yes, you might believe no one will understand. You might feel isolated and alone. And yes, it might be kinda scary, too.
I stand on these words, though. What’s coming is better than what’s gone. Maybe it’s better for your mental health. Maybe it’s better for your soul. Maybe it’s better for your finances. Maybe it’s better for your family. Whatever it is, better is coming.
Let go of what was, acknowledge what is, and be open to what will be.
