We are SO excited for our very first AVID electives at MCK8! Next year, our incoming 7th- and 8th-graders will have yet another elective option. These students were given the opportunity to apply for the AVID elective and were selected using a specific rubric-based criteria.

This position is part of a collaborative 6-person team, including Special Services and English Language Development (ELD) educators who work together to support every learner. Martin City K8 School, stay safe and warm. Please reference the email I sent for AMI work. For 6-8, tomorrow is an ODD day (1st, 3rd, & 5th periods). Turn your work into your classroom teacher (K-5) and Bulldog teacher (6-8). Take care.

Due to hazardous road conditions from lingering snow and ice, Grandview C-4 will hold its third AMI (Alternate Methods of Instruction) Distance Learning Day tomorrow, Tuesday, January 27.

Students should follow their school’s AMI expectations for schedules, assignments, and communication.

🏢 Central Office will be open during regular hours: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

❄️ Due to winter weather, Grandview C-4 will use its second AMI Day on Monday, 1/26. Students will learn from home, and the Central Office will open at 10:00 a.m.
