Last Monday of 2020
It’s the last Monday of 2020.
We survived. We may be bruised and battered AND we survived.
There is now a resilience & strength in us that can never be taken. It’s now our badge of honor.
“I’M FINE” BANDAID:
We all experienced loss to some degree. Some experiences unspeakable, heart wrenching loss.
Have you put a “I’m FINE” bandaid on your loss? Have you minimized your loss saying, “Others have it so much worse.”
I have. Guess what? That doesn’t make it go away. You’ll continue to carrying it until you honor and grieve.
Lets release our losses and leave them in 2020 so they don’t have the power to manifest in 2021.
THIS is the week!
HOW TO HONOR, GRIEVE & RELEASE:
1. Acknowledge it: Make a list through journaling or mediation. There is no loss too small.
2. Cry, be sad, melt, breakdown, yell, punch a pillow, roll up into a ball and hold yourself, tear up, flush or burn the list.
3. Experience the release.
I can’t promise anything for 2021, but I can assure you that the process of releasing pain of loss will help you heal and prepare yourself for all 2021 will be.

🖤Go inward & gently examine
🖤 Plant your seeds of intention for the growth/spring/light ahead
🖤Release what no longer serves you & dims your light:
🕯Fear
🕯Limiting beliefs
🕯Negative thoughts/talk
🕯Unresolved need to forgive self or others
🖤Ask yourself expansive questions:
🕯What feels heavy?
🕯 What are you ready to release?
🕯 What habits are holding you back?
🕯 Is someone or something weighing you down?
🕯Which boundaries need to be honored or set in place?
Take time today to meditate, pray, be still. Look inward, scan, listen, spend time in gratitude. The world, those you love & YOU need your light. Only you control what dims or makes that beautiful light shine! 🔥💫🔥
