The Nourished Heart

Sooooo excited to be announcing to you all that my latest offering is finally here!! My new website has a working skeleton, and I am happy dancing!!! 💃🕺

Friends, many of you know last year was an interesting journey, which included two surprise surgeries. I had to go back to the core practices of everything I knew, to help myself move through the intensity at times.
It was during this time, my guides came forward in the most potent way they ever had to date. My guides introduced themselves to me as The Mary's, and asked me to open myself up as a channel, to be the vessel, and to co-create with them, on behalf of anyone who identifies with the phrase:'Sisterhood of The Rose'.

They advised me those who identify with this are part of The Rose Lineage of Light, and have a red and gold thread of energy intertwined within your dna, and that we are now each being called forward into greater, more potent expressions of our Light.

This has taken me months to integrate, as well as come to terms with. As this new venture has taken all of my focus, and is most definitely shifting me further away from The Nourished Heart.

The Mary's have specifically asked me to call myself an Oracle of The Rose. And that those who identify with The Sisterhood of The Rose, who find resonance with the words, and be drawn inside the container.

The first offering called Working with Your Light contains the foundational practices for the next offering they would like me to spend time with called Co-Creating with Spirit.

Working with Your Light brings forward channeled wisdom teachings and experiential practices to empower your energetic mastery and sovereignty, reminding you into your connections to the Natural world and to the Cosmos, to you Spirit guides, Angels, and any ancestors supporting your work in this lifetime.
This is the age of the shadow worker and the age of the Light worker. ✨ We are meant to be creating Heaven on Earth as our perfectly imperfect selves. We are the Creators. Divine in nature. And we are remembering.❤️🌹

There's a collective Dark Night of the Soul and heavy shadow working underway.

Which, to me, feels as if we are up-leveling our capacity to hold Light, and may also be redirecting us into new ways of being.

It's no coincidence we are going through such a tumultuous period. We are being prepared for Eclipse season and, arguably, the most impactful transit of the year: when Jupiter conjoins Uranus toward the end of April.

From a Soul-Growth perspective, we are each being called forward. It's time to get realllly clear on our deepest intentions relating to what we want our own Energetic Legacy to be. Time to rewrite realities and co-create new timelines in the now moment. Alchemy in real time.

Surround yourself with Self-Care during this final time of integration before Eclipse season.
And remember: You are the bridge anchoring higher frequencies into physical form. You're beautiful in your expression, perfect as you are exactly right now in this moment, and there is nothing more you need to do/be/know that could better prepare you than you are right now. You've got this love! We all do. So let's link arms together as we forge this new path forward.

2023 has been quite a year.

The recent Full Moon in Cancer brought many revelations close to home, causing a need to shift my focus to tending those closest to me.

I still plan to bring forward digital support, as I navigate my way through continued life changes.

Saying goodbye to 1:1 work for now, feels, in many ways, akin to saying goodbye to The Nourished Heart also.
And it is with an incredibly thankful heart, that I wish all of my clients and all of those who've supported my business since I began this journey, wishes of so much love, abundance, deep remembrance of your magic + joy!!

Also sending hugs loves & a major shout-out to all my amazing Elevate team members!! Jenn has been THE MOST amazing boss and friend I could ever ask for!! My heart continues to lift up the Elevate mission, regardless of my personal circumstances changing.🫶🙌

This isn't goodbye. Just a farewell for now.
I'm not leaving, I am transforming.

We all have our 'Why'.

What expanding your heart? What was the catalyst that broke open inner-light + strength + a driving force you couldn't have predicted?

There was a time in my life when I didn't know how to love myself as well as I loved others. I gave myself away.
There are many reasons/stories/beliefs I had to begin unpacking to start my return to self-love.
My motivating force? My daughters. Both my 'bonus' daughters + the daughter I gave birth to.

I recognized patterns. I began to see cycles. And with great resolve, I knew without a doubt I needed to break the pattern.
Not only for myself, but for my daughters.
What I didn't realize at the time (well, a few things I didn't realize at the time..):
1. Committing to this process would change my life forever. By pursuing this path, I have received judgement, lost relationships, but also began to unfold, possibly for the first time ever, into my own truth. I began speaking about energy, unwinding trauma, and these deeper spiritual truths that began to emerge, relating to ways cultural condition & societal programming truly enacts harm on our psyches--quite literally keeping our energy small & our self-love restricted. You see, my story & experience is very common for many. Many feel & have felt that separation from self-love.
2. The work I was doing wasn't small. As I have been working on cultivating and discovering my own self-love & awareness within, I have had the joy to witness this happening first within my daughters, but also within my mother. And this began to spread throughout the family, to my Aunt, my cousins, and even into my second cousins--all matrilineal. Isn't that interesting? I had read many Spiritual teachings about how energy healing is able to travel through time and space. But witnessing it firsthand is another story. And a quite powerful one at that. Every time I stop to think about it, my eyes well up with gratitude.

This is the work my friends. However it finds you, whatever your motivating force, urging you forward into greater knowing of your heart-Light may be.

Follow your Light. Sink into cultivating a deeper self-love. It will lead you into miracles. 🫶

Magical opportunities are present beginning today, when the Sun begins conversing with the higher vibrational energies of Universal Consciousness flowing in from the Galactic Center.

Key dates:
12/18-12-19: Sun conjunct Galactic Center
12/21-12/22: Winter Solstice + Mercury Rx conjunct the heart of the Sun (cazimi).
12/24: Mercury Rx conjunct Galactic Center.
1/11/24: Mercury, now direct, passing back over the Galactic Center (27* Sag).

Why is this important + empowering?
The Galactic Center is thought to be connected to Divine Universal Consciousness. This is the energy of Christ Consciousness.

This energy aligns & opens us into the pure possibilities that exist for us each individually, in accordance to our highest good + the highest good for all involved.

In other words, manifest your hearts out friends!!
It's time to begin planting the seeds of new intentions, drawing upon the support of the Universe & energies of Christ Conscious to fill you in on all the details as you go.
