My God really be showing out yall!!

A couple months ago an Amazing KC leader/Educator sent me a leadership program that they felt I would be great for. The opportunity required multiple out of state meetings and it just wasn’t lining up with my job the way I needed.

I then said I would rather participate in a KC specific program to enhance the ties to my community.

well GOD did all the work! i recently reconnected with another amazing leader in the KC education sector and HIS organization does a leadership training.

He asked me to apply (didnt even know i was looking) and I got my acceptance today.

God really been showing out for me this year and im excited to see whats next !!! 🥳💗

With everything going on in KC right now I do NOT want to talk about myself, but I promised y’all an update and so many of you are reaching out!

Thank you all for the encouragement and support, but I did Not win this years election. Congratulations to Monica, I wish her so much success! I look forward to seeing the changes that come forth from this new leadership ❤️

This entire race was a Blessing and it opened so many doors and brought me so many connections ! I look forward to continued work in my community as well as taking everything I’ve gained and putting it towards my next run 🥳
