The Early Literacy Research Group at Juniper Gardens Children's Project aims to improve teachers' ability to support learning through data-driven decisions.

Many children do not receive the needed language and early literacy experiences to be prepared for kindergarten. The mission of the Early Literacy Research Group at Juniper Gardens Children’s Project is to develop practices and tools that preschool teachers can readily use to support all children’s pre-literacy skills, which, in turn, will move us closer to ensuring all preschool children are ready for kindergarten.
