Kansas City’s only Montessori program for middle and high school. Farm School KC’s curriculum is designed to teach students the power of self, to contribute to their community, while developing global responsibility, leadership, empathy, self-awareness, and the ability to question and challenge. We teach real world learning on a 10-acre farm setting.

Our adolescents worked together unloading hay for the goats—practicing teamwork, responsibility, problem-solving, and care for the animals that are part of our community. Meaningful work like this helps students develop confidence, perseverance, and a strong sense of contribution.
