Just weeks after earning a bronze medal at Para Track & Field Worlds 🥉, our co-founder Kate Hwang proved once again what it means to be an Adaptive Warrior.

While finishing her own half marathon at the Garmin KC Marathon, Kate saw a runner in distress — and immediately stepped in with another participant to help carry him through the finishing chute and across the line.

Kate lives with a traumatic brain injury, yet continues to show unwavering courage, compassion, and grit. She doesn’t just finish strong — she lifts others across the line too. 💚🖤
