Happy National Urban Beekeeping Day!
Today we celebrate the incredible role bees play in our cities and the dedicated urban beekeepers working to protect them. Every hive helps strengthen pollinator populations, supports local food systems, and creates healthier communities.
At MO Hives KC, we’re proud to connect people with nature through education, conservation, and hands-on experiences. Thank you to everyone who has volunteered, learned, planted pollinator habitats, and supported our mission.
Here’s to building a more bee-friendly Kansas City, one hive at a time!
