We take pride in making custom guitars "in house" as well as offering products from Washburn, Schecter, Parker, Rockbox, MXR, Dunlop, JHS Pedals, and more. We truly do CUSTOM work in addition to the types of repairs that most "luthiers" avoid. Music49 also offers music lessons and band instrument rentals, instrument retail and consignment, and building/repair classes. We also carry a wide variety of effects pedals, guitar strings, picks, instrument and patch cables and many more products to fit any style and budget. For any questions, call us at 704-599-1230. All of our lesson rates are the same regardless of the instrument and are as follows:

Got a post for you guys that's long overdue. Had since great old Gibson's come through the shop a couple weeks ago. The owner wanted help dated and stated what help we could. After checking pickups on the ES-335 we believe we've narrowed it down to early 60's, possibly '63-'64. And that acoustic is a late 50's model that played just like C-tone's grandpa's guitar. Took me back a ways. I love working with cool guitars!

All proceeds will be going to our long-time and sorely missed teacher Gary.
We also took some initiative and recorded a CD all in-house! Featured players include owner Jason Pickard, teachers Mike Adams, Kerry Brooks, Robbie Reimer, and Cameron Pozyck. We also invited a few of Gary’s students to come record a track or two. We hope you enjoy what we have come up with! We are asking $5 per CD with shipping available. If you need shipping, please text us at 704-599-1230.

Come to our shop event this Saturday, June 22 from 11a-2p. Again, all proceeds from the event will be going to Gary to aid in his recovery.
