May is Mental Health awareness month, follow us this month for easy ways to improve your mental heath!

1. Get outside and enjoy some sunshine, even 15 minutes of sunlight a day can make a difference!

2. Surround yourself with people you love

3. Write down affirmations or notes that you can look at throughout your day.

4. Listen to music instead of watching TV when you have downtime at home.

5. Do some Spring cleaning with mental health in mind! Remove objects in your home or office that might trigger negative thoughts or habits.
