My name is Nora DeYoung. I joined Grace my sophomore year. I was terrified to attend a new school, but as soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted with kind smiles and open arms. Now I’m a senior, and I can say with confidence that although these last few years haven’t been easy, I wouldn’t want to have finished my high school career anywhere else but Grace.
The teachers will always look out for you and challenge your ideas about the world. Grace has ignited my passion for learning by helping me think critically and understand the reasons behind what I believe. If you ask any Grace student what their favorite part of this school is, it would be the community. I have never seen a school be so willing to rally around others in support. Grace is made up of imperfect people, but Christ and his love are so profoundly present in this school through loving others, giving grace, and pursuing wisdom.
