A friend said that to me last week. 52 years old. Good school, good degree, good job. Worked hard for 30 years.

She's more tired than ever, and still falling behind.

We were all taught the same thing. Go to school, work hard, climb the ladder, and you'll be set for life. That used to be true for a while. But it's not true anymore.

And here's the part nobody tells you. You're not starting over. Everything you already learned, the work ethic, the showing up, all of it, is exactly what makes you good at what comes next. You just need a new tool.
