We are helping families and individuals obtain the best nutrition with the resources they have. We do this by presenting important nutrition information, demonstrating tasty, low-cost, healthy recipes, and sharing information on staying physically fit. This program is a part of Utah State University Extension. Create Better Health can be found teaching nutrition and cooking classes throughout the
