Elliott is digging this transformation that Mama and Papa are undertaking. 🌱
He is particularly fond of snagging this stainless steel shaker bottle and sipping shakes while we cruise to work, the beach or the farmers market. 🚴‍♀️🚘
And he mostly keeps it upright…but just moments after I snapped this picture, I hear from the back seat “fall, fall, fall” only to turn around and discover Elliott soaking up all kinds of superfoods from his seat. 😂

Elliott is taking this cleanse to a whole new level and now my car is getting a through once over as well 🧼

I am happy to officially announce that I have my very first name plate and I am hanging it up as part of a collective of holistic health practitioners, now joining forces at the Aloha Health Clinic in Waimea!!! It is conveniently located next door to Dan-o’s Döners and across the street from the Brewhaus 😉

I will be open to see clients every Wednesday in Waimea, for any and all conditions! For now, I am still only able to treat privately, out-of-pocket.

My rates at the Aloha Health Clinic will be as follows:
Initial evaluation $75
Subsequent treatments $65
Pack of four treatments $200 (to be used within 8 weeks)

Just returned from two awesome hours spent in the Recreation Pool at the Peter B. Lewis Aquatic & Therapy Center at Menorah Park. They have Aqua Arthritis and Ai Chi classes 5 days a week!!!! What an incredible model for inpatient care, outpatient therapy and continued health and wellness promotion through trained PTAs and Exercise Specialists to support the community's diverse needs for regular movement and skilled therapy. 😍
And then I met a couple in the hot tub with a condo on Maui requesting me to come teach Ai Chi over in their resort pool sometime...this is why we leave the island. So grateful for the growth and interconnectedness.
