✨🎶 This is Madilynn, a student of mine, who has been taking flute lessons with me for 2 1/2 years. It has been wonderful to watch her grow as a musician. Not only is she a great flute player, but she is also a great artist of expression and emotion, and she has a wonderful way of building her own color palette.
I would like to share the thoughts she expressed during her lesson today:
“While I find that subjects such as mathematics, english, and science often focus on definitive answers, I am more drawn to fields that offer broader interpretation. I particularly enjoy history, as it allows for various perspectives on global events. Similarly, I value music for its flexibility and the opportunity it provides for personal expression.”
