What a great way to wrap up the school year at Kalkaska Middle School! ๐
We celebrated our amazing students and staff with teacher awards, our Pride Card prize drawing (thank you to Mr. Brown and Student Council for making it happen!), and a special clap out for our 8th graders as they head off to high school.
We also had the honor of celebrating the retirement of Mrs. Helen Crawford. Congratulations on your retirement, Mrs. Crawford! Thank you for your decades of dedication to education and for all you have done for our students, staff, and school district. Your impact will be felt for years to come, and you will be greatly missed.
Have a wonderful summer, KMS! โ๏ธ๐๐

Thank you to all of the parents and incoming 6th graders who joined us at 6th Grade Orientation last night! It was great to see so many families there and to share information about what to expect as students make the transition to middle school.
We had a wonderful time meeting everyone, answering questions, and helping our future 6th graders get excited for the year ahead. We hope you left feeling informed, prepared, and ready for this next adventure!
Enjoy your summer, make lots of great memories, and we can't wait to see you this fall. It's going to be a great year! ๐โ๏ธ๐
