What cause your charity supports - Our nonprofit supports STEM education of girls from 4th - 8th grade including Computer Science, Math, Coding, and Business Skills. Your charity’s goals and how it plans to achieve them - Young women in STEM has declined by 35%. Initially started in Kalispell, MT, Code Girls United has after school programs across Montana and is partnered with the Boys and Girls Club of the Flathead Reservation and Youth Empowerment Services to reach rural, disadvantaged, and tribal communities. This weeks Computer Science Term of the Week is Server.

A Server is a general term for a computer that allows others to connect to it via a network. In High Performance Computing, this is a computer setup to have users connect and work on it remotely, usually with more resources than personal computers to accommodate more resource intensive commands and multiple users.
