Our 60th Reunion. For the 80 souls that attended the "Picnic at the Mansion" on July 28th, I will only say it was a Great (if small) Get Together. The mansion grounds provided a perfect setting.
and the weather was accommodating. Tours of the mansion provided a distraction for the non class spouses who had heard all the stories for decades. The food was superb (including the rabbit munches). There was talk of 65th, but that's for another year. It was good to see how well the participants have survived well into their 70th decade and continue to thrive (or survive). OKAY, LISTEN UP! Monday is going to be sunny and warm. Be sure to use sunscreen. Wear light reflective clothing (no bathing suits please). Wear hats and maybe bring an umbrella. Temps predicted to be in the 80's. Except for inside the Mansion and in the small gazebo and a few trees, there isn't much shade to be had on the grounds.
