Helena Flats Families, our annual Field Day is our last day of school, Wednesday, June 10th. Please send students with athletic gear and sunscreen on. Drawstring bags work great for students to carry sweatshirts & water bottles in as they switch stations and the day warms. Reminder there will be a water race station where students will get wet, so plan clothing accordingly (quick dry, not
white). If weather does not cooperate, we will complete most of the stations at inside locations.

There are three options for lunch: school lunch, cold lunch from home, or PTO's BBQ meal. BBQ meal will cost $5 and include a hotdog or hamburger with a bag of chips and a drink. We are looking forward to celebrating a year of learning together

We have a 1:30pm Early Release from school. Please remember if you check out your child prior to that time you must check them out at the main office.

Helena Flats Families, as a reminder for our Last Day of School is on Wednesday 6/10/26 we have Field Day 8:50-11:10am (possible inside contingency if necessary), PTO Lunch BBQ 11-1pm (student school lunch provided) and Early Release 1:30pm. Please ensure to make proper arrangements and we have enjoyed working with your kids this school year :-)

PK-2nd Grade: 8:45am-9:15am
3rd-5th Grade: 10:10am-10:40am
6th-8th Grade: 2:30pm-3:00pm

Helena Flats Families, we are working diligently to update school curriculum and give teachers resources to use with all our great students next school year. We have researched curriculum for our Middle School Writing, Middle School Science, and Middle School History. These curriculum materials are available for you to view in our main office Tuesday May 26th-Friday May 29th.

Helena Flat Families, any upcoming 5th-8th grade students/parents interested in Girls Volleyball for the Fall 2026 season please plan on attending the interest meeting Tuesday 5/12 at 3:45pm in our HFS library. Have a Wonderful Day :-)
