The Birds Nest - Early Learning Village The Birds Nest - Early Learning Village currently consists of four in home group programs, located at 86, 89, 90, and 91 Northern Lights Blvd.

The program will be expanding into a new school that is being designed specifically for The Birds Nest teaching team to continue to build upon the high level of quality that our families are used to. The new program will provide a supportive work environment for the teachers and a nature based learning environment for our students from birth through Preschool. Why do families stay with us through preschool?

Because preschool should prepare children for kindergarten while still giving them plenty of time to play, explore, build friendships, and grow into confident little people.

At The Birds Nest, our preschoolers benefit from small class sizes, low teacher-to-child ratios, individualized attention, and a full day of care that works for busy families.

We focus on the skills that matter now and later, including independence, communication, problem-solving, cooperation, confidence, and a genuine love of learning.

Our goal is for children to leave us feeling more than ready for kindergarten and excited for what comes next.

This new building was just the beginning — next up is bringing our outdoor classroom vision to life. 🌿

Starting this spring, we’ll be transforming our fenced yards into nature-rich outdoor learning spaces with gardens, loose-parts play, and calm nooks where children can move, explore, imagine, and grow. Think edible landscaping, digging and building, and cozy spots for reading under the trees.

We’d love our Village to be part of this next chapter:
• Volunteer for planting days and outdoor classroom work parties
• Donate plants, soil, lumber, or outdoor play materials
• Share your ideas or connect us with local gardeners and community partners

Today was our first day open in the new building and my heart is so full. 🥹💛

I am incredibly grateful for our village of parents, grandparents, educators, and friends who showed up these past few weeks to move, clean, build, haul, sort, and cheer us on. We still have a lot of work to do to fully settle into our new space, but seeing children learning and laughing here today made every long day and late night worth it.

Here’s to new beginnings, the same big mission, and the most amazing Village. 🌱

Construction is officially wrapped up and our inspections have been passing with flying colors so far! 🎉 We’ve got just one more inspection on Monday, and then we open our doors on Monday, December 29th at The Birds Nest – Early Learning Village.

We can’t wait to welcome our families into this beautiful new space and start filling it with laughter, learning, and community. 💛
