Our annual Legacy Celebration Golf Outing was an absolute blast — and this year shattered records! 🎉
A huge thank you to our incredible sponsors who came through in record numbers, making this the most supported outing yet. We hosted 28 foursomes! That's over 100 golfers teeing it up together for a day of friendly competition, laughter, and great memories!
The day started with beautiful sunshine and perfect conditions… and ended with rain showers that couldn’t dampen our spirits one bit! ☀️➡️🌧️ We powered through, kept the energy high, and proved once again that nothing beats the camaraderie of this amazing community.
Shoutout to every player, volunteer, and sponsor who made the day special. A heartfelt thank you to Henry who braved the elements on Hit the Green and to Kevin who didn't step away from the grill until all were fed! Here’s to great friends, good swings (and the occasional mulligan 😉)! Thank you all for supporting our mission!

Local poet Jennifer Clark met with our 7th grade this morning. . Ms. Clark introduced the group to ekphrastic poetry. Ekphrastic poetry is a form of creative writing where a poet observes a visual work of art and writes a poem in response. The term comes from the Greek word ekphrasis, meaning "description" or "interpretation". Several students shared their pieces with the class. And all enjoyed the session. Thank you!
