We have our first Tuesday evening practice tomorrow from 6pm - 9pm. Also, Band Seniors have their Banner pictures schedule this Saturday, August 15 from 10:40am - 11:00am.

Thank you to the Kalamazoo Gazette for visiting our Band Camp on Friday, and featuring the hard work our students are doing! And also how silly and weird they can be 😂

There are a record number of students participating in marching band this year, according to band director Aaron Mirakovits.

A Full Belly means a Full Sound! Thank you to KPS Food Services, who coordinated with our outstanding Band Parents to provide a lunch this week to any Band Student who wanted or needed one!

This Friday we will have our Band Camp "Informal Performance" to show all to friends, family, and the community what we've learned! The show is free and open to the public. We'll also be taking orders for Show T-Shirts and Hooded Sweatshirts for this fall (more on that soon).

We had a fantastic 1st day of Band Camp, with numerous sections at 100% participation in “Section Color Day”! Tomorrow is Adam Sandler day, let’s see that style. Also, unbeknownst to him, it was apparently “Temporary Mr. M Tattoo Day”.

It’s beginning to look a lot like Band Camp! Thanks to everyone who helped us set up tents for the week!
