Ms. B's Daycare A comfortable learning environment designed to help prepare your child for school. Ms. B's can accommodate 6 children. For full day, kids get 2 snacks and lunch.

B's is more than an in-home day care provider...it is a comfortable learning environment designed to help prepare your child for school. Based on many years of experience helping children grow strong intellectually and emotionally, I have designed each day to provide structured and stimulating learning activities for every child. Through play, music, art, reading, gardening and hands-on projects, children have the opportunity to enjoy books, science and math. I am located in the Winchell neighborhood with a nice fenced in back yard that has a playset for outdoor fun. Education: Associates Degree in Elementary Education

Experience:
- worked with at-risk children using horses to teach trust, communication and honesty
- served as a paraprofessional/tutor for eight years in KPS elementary school and three years in a KPS after-school program
- participated in and completed the Americorp VISTA program
- provided programs for girls from K-8th grade for six years with the Girl Scouts Heart of Michigan

The hours are 7:30a-5:30p. I will also consider part time kids, as well as after school children and possibly drop-ins. Kids who come for a half day, get a snack. The food I make for the children is yummy, healthy, and much of it is organic. Come and play!
