Vaseliki "Betty" Peristeridis started doing Zumba in 2022 and fell in love with the fitness class. The fun energetic classes had her feeling healthy and fit and changed her outlook on fitness. She started a fitness group from her home and has now expanded to share the Zumba experience in various classes.
