We have 17 of 35 spots filled up. As you can see we need A LOT more sign ups! If you know a parent who isn't part of social media, please send them the link.

Can't volunteer or don't really want to? That's perfectly fine! You can donate bags of candy or money to the office (labeled in a envelope) to the PTG, just let Mrs. Thornberg know. If you want a digital option to donate, message me and I will let you know you're options. :)

Looks what's coming up in the month of October for STEM! Our PTG meeting will be on a Thursday this month from 6-7 with child care provided. Then we will be hosting Family Culture Night on the 22nd, which I will say is an AMAZING event!

We still need sign ups to host a trunk for our Trunk or Treat for the students. So check that link out as well! If you prefer to make donations rather than volunteer, please message me and I will let you know how that can be done.

One of our major annual school events is happening next month. TRUNK OR TREAT! This event is for STEM students only (K-8th) at the end of the school day. This event is only amazing if we get all the volunteers we need. We are trying to shoot for 35 sign ups and currently we are at six.

When you sign up, you will be emailed by the coordinator of this event with more details related to the event!

*If you sign up, you must have a background check done ( or do one well before the event) with the school per policy.*

Our first family game night was a success! Hopefully we will see new faces next time!

Don't forget that tonight is our FIRST PTG family event! It starts at 6pm and ends at 8pm. Light snacks will be available for purchase and we will have a small raffle for the starter game set of Exploding Kittens!

Come and meet other parents, play games, experience new games, and go home happy!

Don't forget that our first family event is THIS Thursday in the gym from 6:00-8:00 PM. Have a favorite game? Bring it with you and teach others if they don't know it or have people just play with you because they love it too! Small concessions will be offered at a small price if desired, all proceeds will go towards the PTG funding more community oriented events!

Don't forget that tomorrow, September 10th is the new STEM Academy's open house from 5:00-7:00 PM with the ribbon cutting ceremony being at 4:30. Come and see everything that's happening in our school and how you can get involved! It'll be amazing!

Exciting changes will be happening with our PTG meetings! Because the new building is AMAZING, we will be having our meetings in the cafeteria. Why is this awesome? Well because we are making it so that those who can't find someone to watch the kiddos to come to the meeting can now BRING the kiddos with you. We will use the gym that is right next to the cafeteria to let the kiddos play along with parent volunteers or the NJHS ( When available). We are committed to being more community inclusive to help encourage engagement! If you have any questions please reach out to us! Don't forget that the STEM open house is 9/10 at 5:00 with the ribbon cutting at 4:30.

Don’t forget that this week is our PTG meeting! The last one of the year 😱 in addition to the meeting, thirty minutes prior we will have a question and answer session for those having kiddos beginning middle school next year! Come and join us!
