Congratulations to four members of the WMU Organizational Change Leadership program honored at the 2026 Academy of Management Annual Meeting in Philadelphia! 🎉

Professor Dr. David Szabla received a Distinguished Speaker Award, Ph.D. student Amanda Jeppesen received the AGRH Award, and Drs. Anezka Viskova-Robertson and Jennifer Seyler each received a Best Paper Award.

Congratulations to Dr. Olivia Ngadjui, assistant professor of counselor education, who presented at the 2026 Korean Counseling Association Conference in Seoul, South Korea! 🇰🇷

Dr. Ngadjui shared her research on preventative wellness in counselor education, focusing on vicarious resilience and the benefits mental health clinicians may gain while supporting trauma-impacted clients. We are proud to see her research reaching an international audience!
