High school brings real pressure, but you do not have to navigate it alone.

Teen Minds Matter is a free, full-day experience created by teenagers, specifically for teenagers (ages 14–19) across Kalamazoo County and surrounding areas. Hosted by UrbanZone (a subsidiary of Synergy Health Center), this Mental Health summit will provide an interactive, culturally relevant space where you can talk openly about real life, learn practical ways to handle stress, and connect with peers who understand what you are going through.

Led by Wellness Director Kimberly Lee-Tessmer and hosted by Synergy Health/UrbanZone, the 3rd Teen Mental Health Summit is a free space created specifically for Kalamazoo County high school students (ages 14 to 19).

Join us for interactive workshops, creative expression, movement, and honest conversations about real-life stress and emotional wellness.
