What a great night at Bell's Eccentric Café & General Store for our collab beer release. We got a beer up on the board at the Café!!! Students, faculty, staff and friends joining the wonderful Bell's Brewery team to roll out this fun’s Summer sour release. Thanks to all who came out to support this project. We’re grateful to you all!

Please join us tomorrow, Tuesday 4/28 at Bell's Eccentric Café & General Store at 4pm. We will be releasing our collaboration brew that our BREW 126 students conceived and brewed with the incredible Bell’s Pub brewers. This was a great opportunity for our students to work hand-in-hand with professional brewers in the original, iconic Bell’s brewhouse. This beer is the perfect summer crusher - notes of watermelon and lime complementing a pleasantly tart base beer. Come ring in summer a bit early with Bell's Brewery and Sustainable Brewing at Kalamazoo Valley!

We had so much fun brewing this 10th-anniversary beer for Silver Harbor Brewing Company with Brewery no less than 3 times - once at each of our breweries. This Champagne-inspired beer is a Belgian Trippel with Sauvignon Blanc grape juice added and highly carbonated. We have our version on tap tomorrow - April 21 from 5-7pm. This will be your last chance to sample this, or any of our other current beers until September. Come by and enjoy the last Taps on Tuesday or grab some cans to go!

Thanks to all the MBAA MI members who came out for the quarterly technical talk - cheers to better, more sustainable beer!

We’re hiring in our packaging department and looking for someone who takes pride in doing solid work.

This is an entry-level role, but it matters. You’ll be part of the team that gets our product out the door and into people’s hands, so reliability and attention to detail go a long way.

Schedule is typically Monday–Friday, 6am–2pm. Full-time employees are eligible for health insurance, and you’ll be working with a crew that values showing up and getting it done right.
